Where we sail
Across the Braassemermeer, over to the Kaag lakes and back via Leiden. Three completely different waters, with a swim stop on open water.
From the town centre onto the Oude Rijn, up to the bridge at Woubrugge and back. Behind the town: old quays, back gardens and waterside terraces.
Via Woubrugge onto the Wijde Aa, then back to Alphen along the Oude Rijn through Leiderdorp. A full loop without sailing the same stretch twice.
Via the Braassem to the lakes near Aalsmeer. Big, open, with islands and narrow channels. A proper day out.
