Where you stand

A request through the site is not yet a booking. Your reservation is fixed after our written confirmation and the 30 % deposit.

The remainder is settled on board, by card or cash.

Cancel free of charge up to 7 days before departure; the deposit is refunded.

Within 7 days we keep the deposit. Within 48 hours the full amount is due.

Rescheduling is always free, provided the new date is available and you give at least 48 hours' notice.

In case of thunderstorms, strong wind or otherwise unsafe conditions we cancel. You choose: a new date or a full refund.

Rain alone is no reason to cancel; there is a canopy and a cabin. If you cancel for rain, it is free of charge.

The call is the skipper's.

The skipper's instructions are binding. Dangerous behaviour can end the cruise without refund.

Twelve guests at most; this number is set by law.

Children must wear a life jacket. All sizes are on board.

There is no toilet on board; we stop for it along the way.

You may bring your own drinks. No alcohol under 18.

Swimming and SUP are at your own risk and only during the swim stop, with the engine off and the skipper's permission.

Children swim only under the supervision of an accompanying adult.

In too much wind or swell the swim stop is cancelled and we sail on.

We carry commercial hull and liability insurance.

We are not liable for damage to or loss of personal belongings.

Damage you cause to the boat or equipment will be charged.
